Outpatient Admissions

Admission to outpatient services is accomplished by the client scheduling a diagnostic assessment visit at Carrington Behavioral Health. Persons seeking services can call 216-268-2400 and schedule a convenient time to come the agency and meet with our professional staff and discuss their issues and develop their treatment goals.
